Big Bad Fat Mean Foods

Fat foods are full of saturated and trans fatty acids and this is what makes us fat. These fat foods could be labeled mean or bad foods also because of what they can do to our bodies.

These fat foods that contain saturated fats and trans fats are the mean foods that raise our blood cholesterol which is a major risk for heart disease in our bodies. The heart disease leads to heart attacks or strokes so yes, these can safely be labeled bad or mean foods, as well as fat foods. Not only do these fat foods that cause these health issues, the fat foods also make us big or fat, whichever you want to call it.

You get saturated fats from the following fat foods; whole milk, ice cream, cream, whole milk cheeses, butter, lard and red meats. No person should have more than seven percent of their total calories from saturated fats.

Trans fats are for example in these fat making foods: crackers, cakes, cookies, French fries, donuts and fried onion rings or any other commercial snack foods. The total of all the fats, whether good or bad, should not total more than thirty percent of our total calorie intake of fat in a day.

Most of the low fat diets are high in carbohydrates but this in turn is not healthy for us either, it also can cause us to become fat or big.

Even if you have food that is low fat or fat free , this doesn’t give you the freedom to eat all that you want, you have to eat in moderation because the excess is turned into body fat which will cause you to become fat or big.

Among the fat or mean foods that you need to avoid or rarely eat are fat foods such as fried bread, croissants, cakes, biscuits and pastries; chips, fried potatoes, fried, buttered, or cheese vegetables; coconut, roasted peanuts or brazil nuts; fishroe and caviar; visible fat on meat, crackling, sausages, pates, duck or goose; meat pies; whole milk, ice cream, hard cheeses, chocolate, cream cheese; butter, lard, margarine not high in polyunsaturates; and cream soups, milky drinks and sugary drinks.

These are all mean foods, bad foods, foods that make you big; you can call them whatever you want but they all mean the same thing. They will make you fat and very unhealthy.

Just a note about the good fats, polyunsaturated, monounsaturated, or omega 3 fatty acids, these are found in vegetables, nuts and fruits. These fats are not big or bad or mean, they are the good fats. These good fats are supposed to help us improve our health and prevent health disease. The only one that can make you healthy is you, so it is time to start watching what you eat and reading those package labels.
